Your shipment

Equestrian products are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment unles an item is not in stock in which case we will contact you with an estimated delivery time.

If you prefer delivery by Next Day Delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied. You can opt for this during the order process.

All photograhic art work can take up to 21 days to deliver!!!

 The appropriate delivery fees are calculated during the ordering process and are displayed. Shipment of a saddle across Europe is £30. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. There are no handling fees.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

Returns are accepted if you notify us within seven working days that you intend to return an item. The postage to return an item will need to be paid by you and the item needs to be returned in a un-marked condition.

If an item arrives damaged please contact us immediately.
