Can I return products?

Yes, MindBUZZler accepts returns of which we have been notified within 7 working days.

Please note you are responsible for the post & packaging charges when returning an item.

We will refund you once we have received the item in un-marked condition.

Please note we cannot accept items which have obvious usuage marks. If you receive an item damaged, please notify us immediately.

Can I try a purchased saddle on my horse/pony?

Saddle fitting can only take place on the horse for which the saddle is intended.

Please follow our saddle fitting instructions and avoid riding in it if it does not fit instead return it to us.  

MindBUZZler will aim to provide you with the same saddle in the appropriate size. If this is not possible we will refund you.

Returns cannot be accepted if the saddle is marked in a way which indicates hours of use on the horse.

If you are unsure of the fit of any of  MindBUZZler's saddles consult a saddle fitter before you use it on your horse.
